We are now looking for a commercially driven, target-focusedPersonal Travel Advisorto join our growing team.
The Role
This is a highly sales-orientated position. You will manage client enquiries from initial consultation through to confirmed booking, converting leads into sales while delivering outstanding service at every stage of the customer journey.
You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding travel aspirations, and confidently recommending premium rail holidays and add‑on experiences.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining Planet Rail’s high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales techniques
* Follow up unconfirmed quotes and leads to maximise conversion
* Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
* Design bespoke rail holiday itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate booking and client records
* Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience

* Commercially aware with a natural ability to close sales
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills
