What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting users with first and second line technical queries
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PC, Mac, AV, printers)
* Setting up new starters and managing equipment lifecycle
* Helping keep systems up to date and secure
* Delivering top-notch support with a friendly, can-do attitude
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and confident
* A passion for tech and helping people
* Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
* Bonus: Any exposure to Mac OS or tech troubleshooting
* Bonus: Retail, Customer Service experience
