Key responsibilities:
* Chasing overdue invoices
* Duties include processing and generating reminder letters
* Dealing with problem accounts
* Maintain accurate record of activity with customer accounts
* Data input and allocation of customer payments
* Dealing with queries about payments
* Being able to work in an efficient and timely manner
