In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate billing and metering administration, and delivering excellent front-facing customer service. Your duties will include managing billing cycles, maintaining customer data, and resolving customer queries to high standards. You will also act as an ambassador of our ethos, collaborating across teams to enhance customer experience.
