AI Leadership Trainer (remote working)
Are you passionate about helping leaders harness the power of AI to improve decision-making, productivity and business performance?
We're looking for an AI Leadership Trainer to deliver training to managers and leaders, helping them understand how AI and data can be used to drive innovation, improve team performance and support business transformation.
Alongside delivering training, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of programme content and learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training sessions across AI, Data-Driven Leadership and Business Transformation.
* Facilitate practical workshops covering AI adoption, productivity, decision-making and organisational change.
* Help leaders understand how AI can improve business performance, team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
* Use real-world examples and case studies to bring learning to life.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of programme content and learning materials.
* (Chance to take ownership of AI programmes / modules too)
* Keep training aligned with emerging AI trends and industry best practice.
Requirements
* Experience delivering training, workshops or professional learning programmes.
* Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI and emerging technologies within a business context.
* Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or similar AI platforms.
* Understanding of AI adoption, digital transformation, change management or organisational development.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences.
* Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. (Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Teacher / Coach / Mentor etc)
