Benefits Specialist
Our Client, a leading global manufacturer, is keen to recruit an experienced Benefits Specialist. This is a new, permanent Benefits/Reward job, offering a very attractive salary & benefits, hybrid working, great flexibility and a fantastic work environment with brand new offices in the Greater Belfast area.
The successful Benefits Specialist will report to the Senior Benefits Consultant and be responsible for maintaining a range of benefit programmes. The Benefits Specialist will have a key role in benchmarking, researching, renewal and communication of benefit programmes within the company's Total Reward Structure.

The Role
* Collaborate on employee benefit related knowledge and skill sets to determine current benefit trends and form comparisons
* Support the design and implementation of programs eg accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans etc
* Participate in local and global surveys on current benefit trends, pricing and policies
* Collaborate on communicating the benefits program and policies across the company
* Ensure proper communication regarding any changes of updates
* Participate in modelling cost analyses of various program or policy updates
* Sumit data and analyse results from benefits related market surveys
* Communicate effectively with individual employees regarding their benefits
* Provide support to the Total Rewards Team on global projects
The Person
* 3rd level Degree qualification, essential
* Previous experience working in benefits/rewards OR previous experience within a generalist HR role with experience of managing and maintaining employee benefits/reward
* Proficient in MS programs, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent data analysis skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
