Job Description
We are recruiting experienced Live-in Care Professionals to provide high-quality 1:1 care to clients in their own homes across our service areas.
This role is ideal for carers who are confident working independently and delivering person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and daily living support on a 1:1 basis
* Supporting clients with routines while promoting independence and dignity
* Assisting clients to access the community and attend appointments
* Building strong, professional relationships with clients and families
* Previous care experience is essential (ideally in a 1:1 or live-in setting)
* Ability to work independently and manage care responsibilities
* A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
* Willingness to travel across our territory, including:
o Swadlincote
o Burton
o Derby
o Nottingham
o East Nottingham
o Ilkeston
o West Bridgford
o Grantham
Other requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
