The Role

Sunspel are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, this role will support the delivery of Sunspel's digital marketing strategy across paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing.

The successful candidate will work closely with our external digital marketing agency to manage paid social and paid search activity, while working on our in-house affiliate programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing who is looking to grow their career within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Specific responsibilities:

Paid Social & Paid Search

· Act as day-to-day liaison with the external digital marketing agency.

· Brief campaigns, share creative assets, and manage timelines.

· Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation recommendations.

· Produce regular performance reports.

Affiliate Marketing

· Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners.

· Identify and onboard new affiliates to drive incremental growth.

· Plan and deliver affiliate campaigns in line with seasonal trading plans.

· Track performance and optimise activity to achieve ROI targets.

· Produce regular performance reports and insights.

General

· Provide insight into ecommerce performance and traffic sources.

· Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.

· Support the Head of Ecommerce with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.

Experience and Skills:

· Highly organised

· 1-2 years experience managing digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate

· Creative flair and a customer-focused attitude

· Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen

· Well-versed in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and affiliate platforms

· Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills

· Strong understanding of best-in-class ad creatives and formats

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Proactive approach to work

· Exceptional attention to detail

· French and/or German language skills are a plus
