Description Lead and manage the Personal Tax team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Provide expert advice on personal tax matters, including compliance and advisory work. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser. Identify opportunities for tax planning and ensure compliance with current legislation. Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth. Stay updated on tax legislation and communicate changes to the team and clients. Contribute to business development activities to grow the firm's tax portfolio.Profile A successful Personal Tax Senior Manager should have: A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
