Role Overview:
The Sales and Administration Coordinator will provide essential support by managing general administrative tasks, coordinating the survey booking process, maintaining surveyors' diaries, and handling survey enquiries from referral partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational flow and excellent client and partner communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
* Book and schedule surveys efficiently, coordinating with surveyors to optimize their diaries.
* Manage and update surveyors' diaries to reflect survey appointments and field visits.
* Act as the primary point of contact for survey enquiries from referral partners, providing timely and professional responses.
* Liaise with clients and referral partners to gather necessary survey details and confirm appointments.
* Support the sales process by assisting with enquiries and generating follow-up communications.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, enquiries, and partner communications.
* Provide administrative support to surveyors and the wider team as required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless survey delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Assist with ad hoc administrative and sales tasks as needed to support company operations.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales and/or administrative role, preferably within the property or surveying sector.
* Strong organisational and diary management skills.
