My client is seeking a proactive and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join a prestigious business in the heart of Marlborough. This is a newly created role within a high-end environment, perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality or office management.
The Role:
As the first point of contact, you will be essential to the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and their guests, managing all front-of-house activities, and providing administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting and assisting members and guests upon arrival.
Managing all incoming calls and email inquiries with a confident telephone manner.
Handling diary management, scheduling, and bookings.
Overseeing general administrative duties, including document filing, scanning, copying, and shredding.
Managing office stock levels and placing orders.
Handling invoicing, data management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Opening and securely closing the building and reception area daily. Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist, office administration, or hospitality role.
Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent front-of-house communication skills and a warm, empathetic attitude.
A smart appearance, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mentality.Job Details
