They run over 760 specialist services across the UK, supporting children and young people to feel safer, happier, healthier, and more hopeful. This is an exciting period of change and growth for the organisation so they need someone experienced in leading through change and who has delivered new strategies previously. The Head of Individual Giving leads a team of fundraising specialists delivering inspiring acquisition and engagement campaigns and generating multi-million pound income. This is an exciting leadership role offering the chance to shape one of the charity’s largest income streams and optimise performance. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive innovation across individual giving and legacy programmes, and collaborate across departments to deliver supporter-centric campaigns.
