Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Housing and Civil Litigation Lawyer. This is a locum appointment with an initial duration of 3 - 6 months with scope for further extension. Joining this forward-thinking, in-house Local Authority legal team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on a varied caseload to include: Complex ASB possession work Injunction and contempt proceedings Housing disrepair General civil matters Debt recovery Commercial leasehold advice The client also requires the successful applicant to attend Court when required. Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered. We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable civil litigator who is able to work under minimal supervision and able to deal with more complex matters. The post-holder will need to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or Cilex qualified lawyer.
