Job Description
Our client, a regulatory organisation, is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. The role involves ensuring the regulation of privately rented properties and maintaining property standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out inspections of privately rented properties to identify hazards, defects, and non-compliance with property standards.
2. Utilise practical knowledge and skills to effectively conduct property inspections.
3. Capture accurate documentation, including photographs, reports, and notes.
4. Manage and prioritise workloads to meet performance targets with minimal supervision.
5. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer relations.
