Why This Role Exists
BizClik is experiencing rapid global growth across events, sponsorship, partnerships and commercial innovation. As part of this expansion, we are strengthening our Food & Drink portfolio, spanning digital media, magazines and global live events.
The Media Director – Food & Drink exists to lead commercial growth across this portfolio, building high-value partnerships with global FMCG brands, retailers, manufacturers and supply chain organisations.
This role exists to:
* Drive revenue growth across Food & Drink media and events
* Build long-term partnerships with global consumer brands
* Shape how FMCG and retail organisations engage with senior audiences
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
* Drive sponsorship, advertising and content-partnership revenue across LIVE events and F&D platforms
* Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise FMCG, retail and manufacturing clients
* Create integrated, multi-channel partnership packages across events, digital media and content
* Negotiate and close high-value contracts with senior decision-makers across consumer and supply chain sectors
Client Partnerships
* Act as the senior commercial lead for F&D clients and sponsors
* Build long-term relationships with global brands, retailers and category leaders
* Represent BizClik at major industry events and forums
* Deliver exceptional client experience and repeat business
Collaboration and Alignment
* Work closely with Marketing to ensure strong brand and commercial positioning
* Partner with Data teams to inform targeting, pricing and performance
* Collaborate with Editorial and Events to align content and sponsorship
* Provide market insight to shape product and portfolio development
Performance and Reporting
* Meet and exceed revenue targets
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
* Track and communicate ROI and campaign performance

Skills and ExperienceEssential
* Proven experience in B2B media, events or sponsorship sales
* Strong track record managing enterprise FMCG or consumer clients
* Experience closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
Desirable
* Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or retail sectors
* Experience working with global consumer brands
