SWRK 2272 - G2 Social Work Assistant (Care at Home) East Kilbride - Part Time

The Care at Home service enables individuals to remain at home while promoting wellbeing, dignity, privacy, respect and personal choices. The Council and partners provide Care at Home services to over 3,000 service users daily.
Responsibilities
* As part of the Care at Home team, ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations and conduct timely assessment and review of service users to mitigate risks and ensure health and wellbeing needs are met.
* Contribute to the transformation programme within the Care at Home service to support safe, effective care at home for service users.
* Work to ensure services received are appropriate to each service user’s needs and aligned with best practice.
* Engage in pre-employment checks as part of good practice and safer recruitment processes.
Hours: 17.5 per week

Salary: £18,212 - £18,732
