Overview
Graduate Partner Teacher role in Harrow. Salary: £95 - £115 per day. Start date: ASAP. This position offers a pathway into teaching, providing full-time classroom experience while preparing you for future teacher training programmes such as a PGCE or School Direct.
As a Graduate Partner Teacher, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN). You will deliver small group interventions, provide 1:1 support, and develop skills to manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning. This role is ideal for graduates who want to gain the confidence and experience needed to progress into Qualified Teacher Status.
School
Mainstream school in Harrow with strong SEN provision. Supportive leadership team that invests in graduate development. Opportunities to progress onto teacher training routes within the school or wider trust. Good transport links nearby (Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow & Wealdstone) with excellent local bus routes.
Responsibilities
