Position: Full-time (long-term cover) – Level 3 Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning support
* Provide focused interventions through 1:1 and small group work
* Assist with behaviour management and day-to-day classroom routines
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils in reaching their academic and social potential
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working within a primary school setting
* A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong commitment to children’s learning and well-being
