Sales Support Executive – £24,784.50 basic salary plus bonus (OTE £27,784.50). This is a vital position supporting the operations of the Group Fleet team. The role holder will be responsible for supporting key account customers and the senior support team for fleet and ensuring the customer service level is upheld. The role holder must adhere to set processes and work within LeaseCo and public sector SLA requirements.
Responsibilities
* Process quotations, orders, updates, stock, transport/pdi instructions with clear visibility of invoice pricing to prevent debtor issues and support a great customer experience and cost management processes.
* Process quotes.
* Input orders to the Sales master ensuring OTR and invoice, reg address correct along with full specification for requirements.
* Provide customer updates/reports.
* Offer stock, packs, ensuring stock is offered timely and prevent fully paid stock being held up.
* Make delivery calls, bookings and secure transport/pdi instructions.
* Support the debtor process, booking transport, pdi and upload paperwork for debtors.
* Escalate any holds, challenges or orders that cannot be placed to the General Manager and Key account manager respectively.
Essential Criteria
* IT literacy including Microsoft packages and Excel.
* Numeracy and literacy skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong planning and organising skills.
