Senior Business Administrator needed in St Leonards-On-Sea, £13.47ph
PAYE – Reference: 6606
1. Undertake minutes of complex meetings about vulnerable clients: Minute, produce, and distribute accurate records of meetings, including safeguarding, best interest meetings, case conferences, and complex case meetings, in accordance with statutory and local guidance.
2. Undertake and improve administrative duties: Provide telephone cover and message service, set and maintain office systems, arrange meetings, and maintain diaries, ensuring compliance with statutory and departmental requirements.
3. Record keeping: Minute, produce, and distribute accurate records of meetings such as team, departmental, and inter-agency meetings.
4. Correspondence and reports: Produce correspondence and reports from written documents and other sources, including research and analysis where appropriate.
5. Data management: Input data accurately into departmental systems, databases, and spreadsheets; process, retrieve, analyze, and cleanse data as necessary.
6. Communication: Liaise with operational and departmental staff, clients, and other agencies, sharing information as directed and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
