Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals
* Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers
* Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
* Define success metrics and lead reporting on ROI, engagement, and brand impact
* Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables
* Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent
* Drive new business development and growth of the influencer division
What We’re Looking For:
* 6+ years’ experience in client services and influencer marketing
* Strategic mindset with creative flair and commercial acumen
