What does this Team Manager job involve?
* Ensure high-quality care is delivered to meet the needs of the people we support.
* Recruit, develop, and inspire staff teams.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC and local authority standards.
* Build strong relationships with families, key stakeholders, and professionals.
* Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands-on support when needed.
Am I the right person for this Team Manager job?
* Experience as a manager within the care sector. (1yr+)
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism (1yr+)
* A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care) is desirable.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, including working closely with families.
* Ability to lead and inspire teams
