Responsibilities of the Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

Requirements:
4. Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
5. Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
6. In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
9. Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
