Crest Nicholson South Division are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Manager to join their team based in our office in Addlestone.
A key part of your role will be proposing cost effective solutions to the Planning, Commercial, Sales and Build teams to deliver commercially viable options, particularly with section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The co-ordination of production of all necessary technical drawings/specialised designs.
2. Making recommendations for cost effective optimising during the pre-planning process.
3. The negotiation and completion of appropriate legal agreements with statutory Authorities necessary for the proper technical requirements of a site.
4. Maintain Programme dates as set out within the design programme and L3 schedules.
