An exciting opportunity has arisen with Ocean Housing Group for a permanent, full-time, Head of Repairs and Planned Services within our Property Services team.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will support the strategic leadership of the property services function, developing and delivering priorities and financial targets for high-quality day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance services. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a cost-efficient and customer-focused repair and maintenance strategy, ensuring our company objectives and customer service standards are met or exceeded. You will oversee all aspects of the maintenance, repairs, and estates management budget, monitoring and reporting expenditure to ensure budgets are effectively managed. You will also drive continuous improvement across the service, developing robust plans and using customer feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will hold a membership or be eligible for membership of an appropriate professional institute such as CIOB or RICS. With senior management experience in property maintenance and planned functions management, you will have demonstrated experience in major modernisation and repair programmes. You should be accustomed to managing budgets and resources, developing strategic plans for growth, and leading projects. A commitment to personal development, inspirational leadership, and the ability to review complex data to develop improvements and influence others are essential.
