We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Sutton Coldfield, with roles starting from May half term and continuing on an ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates in any subject discipline who are looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before undertaking teacher training or pursuing a career in education.
About the Role:
* Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain engaged
* Support students with their learning where appropriate
Ideal Candidate:
* A recent graduate (any subject considered)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for education and working with young people
* Confidence to manage a classroom environment (full training provided)
* Reliable, adaptable, and professional
