Communications:
Communications sits at the heart of BBC Studios, working with every part of the business to develop, shape and share the story of our organisation and its success, while defending the reputation of the BBC against dis- and mis-information. With access to executives and their teams, our job is to interpret the vision of our stakeholders and help external and internal audiences understand what they are trying to achieve.
Brands & Licensing:
The Global Licensing team develops BBC content into products that fans love to purchase, across live events, games, books, magazines, DVD, digital and interactive products. It is a dynamic, commercial and creative division, working with brands such as Doctor Who, Strictly Come Dancing, Planet Earth and Bluey.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
As a Business Administrator (BAA26) apprentice, this is brilliant opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute - you will:
Work directly in a BBC team, and pull back the curtain on the world's leading public service broadcaster!
Provide critical administrative support that keeps the heart of the team beating
Keep the team on track and ensure deadlines are met, working at pace to solve problems on the job
Communicate with colleagues across departments, building relationships and networks
Learn the systems, processes and skills that keep a major global organisation running smoothly
This is an opportunity to add some details on what the apprentice will be studying on their apprenticeship or how the study aspect works.
You'll study for your industry recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on and off the job.
This means you'll spend at least one day a week studying for a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with our learning provider, using its virtual delivery platform.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for an apprenticeship at the BBC, you must:
Be 18 years old or over by the time the apprenticeship begins in September 2026
Have lived in the UK continuously for the last 3 years prior to the start of the apprenticeship
Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire duration of the apprenticeship
Not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship programme, whether with the BBC or another organisation
Not already hold a qualification in the same subject area (Business Administration) at the same or a higher level than this apprenticeship.

Have achieved Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or above or National 5 (Scotland) at C or above or an equivalent qualification.
