The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Lead breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service. Assist in managing daily restaurant service and support the Restaurant Manager. Support staff training and development to maintain high service standards. Handle guest queries and complaints confidently and professionally. Demonstrate cocktail knowledge and assist in beverage service when required. Pay attention to the small details that enhance the guest experience. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant environment, ideally with supervisory experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service. Confidence in managing teams and guest interactions.
