What the job involves
* Working closely with the Head of IR and wider IR team, you would support all aspects of fundraising and investor engagement
* Preparing marketing and due diligence materials (e.g. PPMs, presentations, DDQs)
* Coordinating investor meetings and responding to queries
* Managing investor target lists and CRM systems
* Supporting quarterly reporting and webinar preparation
* Assisting with annual investor and advisory board events
* Contributing to relationship-building with current and prospective investors
Who we are looking for
* Strong academics with prior experience in Investor Relations or Placement Agents. Any other financial services backgrounds (i.e. Investment Banking or Investments) would also be considered
* Commercially sharp with a growth mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Team player with strong emotional intelligence
* Interested in technology
