Based from a local area housing office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, front-line housing management services across a defined patch.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a patch of tenancies, leases and licences, acting as the main point of contact for residents
2. Deliver a customer-focused housing management service, ensuring residents needs are addressed professionally and promptly
3. Undertake tenancy and leasehold management, including tenancy sign-ups, sustainment and enforcement where required
4. Manage and respond to anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases in line with policy and legislation
5. Carry out estate inspections, identify environmental issues and work with internal and external partners to resolve them
6. Complete tenancy verification checks and support fraud prevention activity
7. Respond to neighbourhood issues, emergencies and service requests efficiently
