Job Introduction
We are seeking 2 driven and detail-oriented Events Sales Coordinators to join our Sales team at the iconic American Express Community Stadium. As part of Sodexo Live! you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience for conferences, events, and matchday hospitality.
This role is all about creating memorable moments for our clients while achieving ambitious sales targets. From managing client enquiries through to planning and coordinating events, you’ll provide seamless support and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

What You'll Do:
* Manage and convert conference & event enquiries for the Amex Stadium and The Terrace, delivering an exceptional client journey from first contact to final invoice.
* Exceed sales targets by developing relationships with new and existing clients.
* Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events.
* Prepare and issue accurate contracts and invoices in line with company standards.
* Maintain and update CRM and Priava systems, ensuring accurate client and event records.
* Conduct site visits, networking, exhibitions and client entertaining to drive new business.
* Work collaboratively with Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, client policies, and all statutory regulations (Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, etc).
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in event sales and planning, ideally within venues, stadia or hospitality.
* Strong understanding of the local Brighton market and wider event trends.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver a first-class customer experience.
* Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
* Proven negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* A confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
