THE POSITION
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership at a critical stage in the company's growth. This role will oversee all aspects of financial management including planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow optimisation, ensuring the organisation's financial health and long-term sustainability, while maintaining an appropriate debt/equity mix and strong balance sheet management. As a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, the CFO will translate financial insight into actionable business strategies, ensuring that resources are aligned with the company's ambitious objectives.
The CFO will drive the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy, leading the acquisition pipeline from origination to integration. This includes identifying and evaluating opportunities, overseeing due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and managing seamless post-merger integrations to unlock maximum value.
REQUIREMENTS
Suitably qualified and interested candidates will bring significant experience as a senior finance leader, ideally at CFO or Finance Director level and come with experience across all areas of M&A - including financing, due diligence, and post-deal integration, combining technical rigour with commercial acumen. Beyond deal-making, the CFO will act as a commercial partner to the leadership team, providing analysis and insights on new market opportunities, investment cases, and business models to support sustainable, profitable growth.
Core competencies will include leadership, strategic vision and organisational awareness, coupled with commercial acumen and the ability to contribute at all levels. Candidates must be exceptional communicators with the capacity to engage, inspire, and influence all stakeholders.
