Company and Role:
* Our client is 30 years old and lives with cerebral palsy, seizures and has instances of challenging behavior. He uses a Makaton to communicate
* Our client requires support at home and outdoors including going to the gym, coffee shops, theatre, cinema and the pub.
Successful Applicant:
* Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license
* Previous experience working with complex adults
* Medication administration training is a must
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* The Senior Support Worker must have experience supporting a team and assisting with rotas
