An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS Highland Vaccination service for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team.
This is a varied and challenging post as the service is going through transformation, developing the service and opening up a wider remit in a post‑pandemic setting. The postholder will have responsibility for ensuring operational procedures and processes are developed and implemented as part of the Vaccination Transformation Programme to produce a high‑quality vaccination service to be delivered to a range of people in a variety of settings. The postholder will collaborate with colleagues to ensure equity of care to all those eligible for vaccination.
The Vaccination service covers a wide geographic area, including Skye, Lochalsh, and South West Ross. The work base is negotiable within Skye and Lochalsh. A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
This is a fixed‑term full‑time post of 36 hours working in line with service requirements.
Key Details
* Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
