Administrator – Professional Services Location: Eton, Berkshire Salary: £24’509 Excellent Benefits Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Kickstart Your Career as an Administrator in a Professional Services Firm! Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator looking for a dynamic office-based role? About the Role: Working within a friendly and supportive Support Staff Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and customer service support. This role is ideal for candidates with administration, customer service, or office support experience who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Customer Service • Handle and manage incoming client enquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently. • Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, providing clear information about services. • Guide clients through services and handle Free Advice calls, creating related client files. • Maintain and update CRM systems, marketing databases, and internal records. • Extract and analyse data to produce accurate client reports. • Support marketing campaigns by managing outreach and data tracking. General Office & Administration Support • Answer reception calls and direct enquiries appropriately. • Manage meeting room bookings and scheduling. • Welcome and sign in visitors professionally. • Assist with post room duties, scanning, faxing, and document management. • Handle court runs, incoming/outgoing mail, and document filings. • Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance for admin-related processes. • Provide general office administration support as required. What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, office support, or customer service roles. • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong teamwork skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. • Experience within professional services (legal, finance, consultancy) is advantageous. • Minimum qualifications: 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English); A-levels in Maths and English preferred.
