Job Description
Tremendous opportunity for a Regulatory / Transport Law Newly Qualified Solicitor to join this high-calibre practice and work for a boutique firm that is a sector leader with an exceptional client base. Key highlights of this role include:
* Exceptional Client Base
* Outstanding Reputation
* Genuine Progression Opportunities
* Significant Hybrid Working
* Unlimited Holidays
This practice is seeking an NQ Solicitor to work alongside a Legal 500 listed Partner. Ideally, you will have gained experience in Regulatory work during your training contract or as a Paralegal. The main purpose of this role is to handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods, and defending various prosecutions against the haulage industry.
Despite being a small boutique, the client work is comparable to top-tier city law firms, advising and representing commercial and FTSE 100/250 clients. Business development is not a primary focus due to the practice's reputation; instead, the emphasis is on delivering excellent client service.
The firm values its staff, offering opportunities for progression, company-wide bonuses, unlimited annual leave, hybrid working (requiring only 1-2 days in the office weekly), and 1-2-1 training from industry-leading partners ranked in Legal 500 / Chambers.
