Translate brand strategy into usable design assets. From logos and brand decks to website mock-ups, social media templates, and packaging, you'll make sure the founder's vision is delivered in a clear, consistent way.
What You'll Do
* Capture the bigger picture: work closely with founders and the Brand Strategist to align creative direction with brand objectives
* Translate strategy into visuals: unpack brand strategy and market insights, turning them into distinctive, achievable creative strategies
* Design core assets: including Logos (primary / secondary / brand marks), Website homepage mock-ups, Instagram & LinkedIn templates, Pitch-deck slides, Packaging / product mock-ups
* Create brand guidelines: logo usage, colour codes, typography, imagery style, pitch-deck templates, etc. (tailored to client needs)
* Deliver clean handovers: prepare organised folders with editable files, final exports, and tidy naming systems for long-term usability
What You'll Produce
* Brand guidelines handbook (logo usage, typography, colour palette, imagery style)
* Logo package (primary/secondary logos, marks, favicon, export files)
* Pitch-deck template (editable slides in PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides)
* Social media templates (Instagram/LinkedIn, export + editable)
* Website homepage mock-up (desktop + mobile)
* Marketing/packaging mock-ups (as needed by client)
* Handover folder with all editable files, exports, and naming conventions
Candidate Requirements
* MUST be current university students pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree.
* Background or strong interest in marketing / creative arts / communications / business / advertising / consulting. Multidisciplinary curiosity is also strongly encouraged
* A portfolio of previous work (logos, website designs, pitch decks, or motion/visual projects).
* Proficiency in at least one major design tool (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity, Sketch, Canva, Webflow, Framer).
* Relevant experience running consultancy project or relevant branding/designing experience
* Leadership: you take initiatives and you are confident with the decisions you make.
* Passion for design and visual storytelling: you care about details and consistency.
* Comfort with 10‑week sprints per consultancy project and cross‑disciplinary teamwork.
Commitment & Compensation
Our projects run remotely on a part-time, project-based model (around 10 weeks each). The first project is aiming to come in late October. As a pro-bono, student-led consultancy, we currently do not offer financial compensation. Instead, we focus on providing meaningful hands-on experience, close collaboration with founders, and strong portfolio pieces to support your career.
