£29,600 plus additional £50 per sleep in (approx. 10 per month)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Shift pattern to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and lone working.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our passionate team supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties.
As a Care Coordinator, youll ensure high standards of person-centred care and smooth coordination of daily operations within the home. Youll play a vital role in developing care plans, supporting staff, liaising with families and professionals, and helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and regularly review
individual care and support plans
.
* Coordinate care delivery to ensure that the needs of each child are met effectively.
* Work closely with the
Registered Manager
, social workers, families, schools, and other professionals.
* Ensure compliance with
Ofsted regulations
, safeguarding policies, and organisational procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, ensuring consistent high standards.
* Support, guide, and motivate care staff in delivering effective care.
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and care reviews.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and risk assessments.
* Promote a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and supported.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a
childrens residential care setting
(minimum 1 year).
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and committed to improving young lives.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) –
Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
