We’re now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and expanding team at our Poulton office.
About the RoleAs a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you’ll:
Source, interview, and register candidates for school-based roles
Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates
Assist in placing skilled professionals into education settings
Support consultants in filling vacancies and maintaining candidate pipelines
Advertise roles across job boards and social media platforms

Passion for Education Recruitment: You’re motivated by helping schools find great people and making a difference in education.
Strong Communicator: You’re confident speaking with candidates and enjoy building professional relationships.
Proactive & Organised: You can juggle multiple tasks, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a team environment.
Detail-Oriented: You ensure all candidates meet compliance standards and are ready for placement.
Recruitment Experience (desirable but not essential): Experience in education or similar sectors is an advantage, but full training is provided.
