Live In Healthcare Assistant, Croydon, Greater London
Responsibilities
* Provide live‑in healthcare support (24‑hour care) in the client’s home, with a focus on high‑quality, person‑centred care.
* Assist with personal care, daily routines, meals, mobility, and creating a safe, comfortable environment.
* Offer reassurance and encourage activities that promote independence and wellbeing.
* Adhere to client preferences and dignity when delivering care; note that clients may request female or male staff.
What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
