DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance team, managing billing processes effectively and ensuring invoices are created accurately and on time.
Role Overview
As a Billing Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
1. Raising sales invoices and credit notes
2. Managing collections and being the first point of contact with stakeholders like Accenture
3. Maintaining various billing portals
4. Ensuring timely availability of billing backup documentation
5. Managing daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs
Candidate Requirements
We welcome applications from candidates with the following experience, but we value potential and talent:
* Proficiency in Excel
* Effective communication skills
* Self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude
* Attention to detail
* Ability to follow processes and internal controls
* Experience in a finance environment (desirable)
* Experience in logistics or similar industry (desirable)
* Experience in billing (desirable)
* Working towards or interested in a financial qualification such as AAT (desirable)
