Removals Surveyor – Woking
We are looking for an experienced Removals Surveyor to join a reputable removals firm based in Woking. This role provides flexibility while requiring a proactive and creative approach to residential and commercial relocation services. The Removals Surveyor will be responsible for generating business growth and providing exceptional customer service in the removals industry, using a combination of video and location surveys.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conducting surveys for both commercial and residential moves, including office and industrial relocations, through a combination of video and onsite surveys.
* Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
* Providing accurate cost estimates and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the removals industry.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Attending client meetings to understand their needs and offer professional advice.
* Preparing detailed proposals and quotations for customers.
* Negotiating contracts and terms with clients to maximise revenue.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors.
* Ensuring that all paperwork is completed and processed efficiently.
* Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Overseeing the quality of service provided during the removals process.
* Reporting on sales performance and providing updates to management.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales or surveys for the removals industry.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to establish client relationships.
* The capacity to operate autonomously and efficiently manage time in a hybrid role.
* Experience doing video and on-site surveys for moving and relocation services.
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills.
* Understanding of the removal process, including logistics and planning.
* Full UK driving licence.
