General Manager
Wage Range: $240,000 - $300,000 Annually

Ironclad Harley-Davidson is one of the highest volume Harley-Davidson destinations on the East Coast. With massive inventory, nonstop customer traffic, and a team built by true motorcycle enthusiasts, we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead the dealership, drive performance, and elevate the Ironclad brand.
What You’ll Do
* Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes, and BDC
* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
* Lead, coach, and develop department managers to achieve performance goals
* Oversee customer experience standards to ensure a premium Harley-Davidson environment
* Manage inventory strategy, merchandising, and showroom presentation
* Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
* Ensure compliance with Harley-Davidson brand standards and dealership policies
* Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
* Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer‑first service
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume automotive, RV, Marine, or Powersports
* Motorcycle experience or Harley-Davidson enthusiasm is a major advantage
* Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financials and drive profitability
* Exceptional leadership skills — able to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities
* High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic dealership environment
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
