We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference this September? Aspire People are working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Coventry to recruit enthusiastic TAs for roles in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons π©βπ«π
Work one-to-one or with small groups, including children with SEN and EAL needs π€
Help create a nurturing, positive classroom environment π
Contribute to pupils' academic and emotional development π§ π¬
Opportunities to work across a variety of year groups - experience in multiple key stages is a bonus! π―

Requirements:
Previous experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 π§π¦
Experience with SEN and/or EAL is highly desirable π
A proactive, reliable and caring attitude πΌβ€οΈ
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) π
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete it) π‘οΈ
