We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference this September? Aspire People are working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Coventry to recruit enthusiastic TAs for roles in EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

✨ About the Role:
Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons 👩🏫📚
Work one-to-one or with small groups, including children with SEN and EAL needs 🤝
Help create a nurturing, positive classroom environment 🌈
Contribute to pupils' academic and emotional development 🧠💬
Opportunities to work across a variety of year groups - experience in multiple key stages is a bonus! 🎯
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 🧒👦
Experience with SEN and/or EAL is highly desirable 🌟
A proactive, reliable and caring attitude 💼❤️
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) 🔒
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete it) 🛡️
