Reporting to the Managing director this candidate will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties Maintain accurate and up to date financial records using QuickBooks Produce timely financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision making Perform bank and ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all accounts Lead month end and year end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met Manage end to end accounts payable and receivable functions Oversee purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing and payment scheduling Manage credit control, including sales ledger maintenance, invoice generation, and payment allocation Prepare and submit VAT and EC sales returns in compliance with HMRC requirements Develop and enhance financial and administrative processes to improve efficiency and compliance Your skills & experience Experience of working in a busy finance department working across all areas of the accounts function.
