About the Role
We’re looking for a consultative Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK by designing tailored cleaning and FM solutions for commercial clients.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, engaging decision‑makers, understanding their operational challenges, and presenting high‑quality, site‑specific solutions that Sentrex are known for.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Win new commercial cleaning & FM contracts across the UK
* Meet senior decision‑makers and conduct professional site surveys
* Design tailored service solutions — not off‑the‑shelf pricing
* Prepare high‑quality proposals, tenders, PQQs and cost models
* Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to contract award
* Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth mobilisations
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
* Represent Sentrex professionally at all stages of the sales process
What We’re Looking For
Experience in commercial cleaning or FM sales
Proven ability to win contracts £50k+ per annum
Strong consultative selling approach
Excellent proposal writing and commercial awareness
Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Self‑motivated, organised and results‑driven
Full UK driving licence
