At Castle Employment Group, we connect outstanding talent with the best in business across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth in our IT, Digital & Transformation Division, we’re looking for an experienced IT & Tech Recruiter (1–2 years’ experience) to join our successful team.

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
1. Work with existing and new clients across the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors
2. Recruit across a wide range of IT roles — from 1st Line Support to IT Directors, Software Developers to Cyber Security Specialists
3. Use your expertise to source, qualify, and place top tech talent
4. Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For:
5. 1–2 years’ experience in IT / Tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
6. Strong track record of sourcing, placing, and managing IT candidates
7. Tech-savvy, with a forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent
8. Resilient, positive, and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment
9. Full UK driving licence is essential
