Experienced Social Worker for Children's Assessment Service.

The Role:
As an experienced Social Worker within the Children's Assessment Service, you will advocate for children and young people, supporting relational practice and bringing creative, innovative working methods. You will complete holistic assessments, collaborate with partner agencies and families, ensuring children and young people are at the heart of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building relationships and engaging with children and families.
* Conducting assessments and evaluating needs.
* Applying thresholds and understanding key policies, legislation, and social care reform.
* Maintaining accurate records in line with standards.
* Creating and reviewing support plans based on individual needs.
* Collaborating with partner agencies to understand children's lived experiences.
* Advocating for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and rights protected.
* Prioritizing work based on needs and risks.
* Taking responsibility for work and engaging in regular reflective supervision.
These duties are essential to delivering high-quality services and positively impacting children and families.
