Role Overview
The Dental Implant Quality Controller will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for all implant-related products. This role ensures that every dental implant and prosthetic component meets strict industry regulations, client specifications, and Densign Lab's internal standards before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect, measure, and verify dental implant components, abutments, and prosthetics against technical drawings and specifications.
* Carry out quality checks at each stage of the production process, ensuring consistency and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
* Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and work with the production team to resolve issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with MHRA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory and safety standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and staff training on quality best practices.
* Liaise with dental technicians, lab managers, and clients to address quality concerns and uphold Densign's reputation for excellence.
Requirements
* Previous experience in dental technology, implant manufacturing, or medical device quality control.
* Strong understanding of dental implant systems, prosthetic components, and laboratory processes.
* Knowledge of quality assurance standards, particularly ISO 13485 and medical device regulations.
* High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
* Competence in using precision measuring tools and digital inspection equipment.
* GDC registration (preferred but not essential).

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
