Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's expanding Telecommunications Company. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their mobile phone management. If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer calls and emails, providing excellent service and resolving any issues

2. Process customer mobile device orders and perform diagnostic checks on devices

3. Purchase stock as needed

4. Generate customer-specific reports using Excel

5. Process mobile network bills and assist with problem-solving

6. Provide quotes to corporate customers for mobile upgrades

7. Ensure accurate data entry into our client's in-house database


Requirements:

8. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others

9. Accurate data entry skills and keen attention to detail

10. Willingness to learn new skills and undergo on-the-job training

11. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

12. Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence
